Beef Subscriptions

Subscriptions are for 6 months, and meat is delivered monthly.  Subscription prices are discounted over purchasing single cuts, and the medium and large sizes are an additional .50/lb discount over the small. We make every effort to include a mixture of premium to economical cuts.

2 NY Strip steaks, 3 lbs ground beef, 1 sirloin tip roast, 1 lb philly steak and 2 lbs stew beef.

Medium

Soup bones are not included in the price of a whole side or whole steer, but may be purchased separately.
